June is one of the hottest months in the North. Temperatures may peak to 36°C (96°F) in Hanoi. Rainfall also stocks up a bit. Sapa is still in its nature, cloudy and pleasant.
Hue and Hoian tend to be very hot and dry. Try to drink a lot of water to avoid dehydration if you are visiting these historic cities around this time.
Nha Trang is still enjoying dry and sunny weather while rain drops more frequently in Ho Chi Minh city and Can Tho.

Reservations
Reservations are generally not necessary in June. If you are heading to Vietnam on your beach holiday, however, it is highly recommended to book your favorite accommodations in advance as local people also flock to the beaches this time.
Costs
Prices are a bit higher than May. Beverages’ catch their peaks but there are many cheap local refreshing drinks. You should not miss “Nuoc Mia” (Cane Squeeze), “Bia Hoi” (Fresh Beer) in Hanoi and various kinds of “Che” all over Vietnam.
